Request for Information (RFI) - Industry Day

Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting this Request for Information to evaluate enterprise observability, network and infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, AIOps, and incident-management solutions. Responses must describe technical architecture, performance at scale, AI capabilities, FedRAMP status, integration complexity, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and reseller relationships, with demonstrations supporting at least 10,000 monitored nodes, devices, or services across multiple cloud environments. This is an open market-research and acquisition-planning notice rather than a grant or a contract proposal solicitation; initial responses are due September 2, 2026, and selected vendors may participate in the September 9–10, 2026 industry day in Austin, Texas.
