Description: The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research for a global talent acquisition and applicant tracking system supporting recruitment at more than 170 U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The desired solution should integrate with or be native to PeopleSoft HCM and support recruitment approvals, vacancy announcements, candidate screening, interviews, selections, offers, onboarding, reporting, analytics, data migration, multiple languages, multiple currencies, and country-specific hiring processes. This is a Sources Sought Request for Information for acquisition planning rather than a grant program or an active request for contract proposals.
