Summary
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), via the National Urban Security Technology Laboratory (NUSTL), is conducting market research (Sources Sought / RFI) for the SAVER program to collect information on commercially available technologies for emergency responder missions including vehicle ramming barriers, MANET, RIIDs, small UAS, and Drone-as-First-Responder. This is an RFI/Sources Sought only (not an RFQ/RFP or grant) intended for market research and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. Responses must be submitted via the provided survey link; emailed submissions are not accepted and the response deadline is June 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.
