Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons issued this Sources Sought/RFI to assess qualified providers for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) and Home Confinement (HC) services within Harrisburg city limits and within 120 miles of the facility for home-confinement placements. The anticipated single-procurement IDIQ would include up to 30 in-house beds and 25 home-confinement placements, with the successful offeror providing all services. Responses are due September 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT, and the notice concerns contracted services rather than a grant program.
