Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Redwoods Community College District, of the County of Humboldt, State of California, is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors to perform for the Del Norte Healthcare and Revitalization Project: Modernization Phase 1 at the College of the Redwoods Crescent City Campus, proposals are due on November 20th, 2026 @ 11:00 AM P.S.T. Proposal Documents (RFP) are available at: College of the Redwoods 7351 Tompkins Hill Road, Eureka, CA 95501, on the Builders Exchange, and via file share link, by requesting from the emails below. PROPOSALS ARE DUE: No later than 11:00 AM PST on November 20th, 2026. All bids must be sealed for the Del Norte Healthcare and Revitalization Project: Modernization Phase 1 ("Project") up to, but not later than, 11:00 am., on Friday, November 20th, 2026, and will thereafter publicly open and read aloud the bids. All bids shall be received at room DM15 of the College of the Redwoods Del Norte Campus, 883 West. Washington St., Crescent City, CA 95531. Only proposals that are in strict conformance with the instructions included in the Request for Statements of Proposals will be considered.
