Reporter Transcript Archival (Request for Proposals)

Description: Providing access to a cloud-based server environment for archival of reporter transcripts. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall provide and maintain a secure, cloud-based server environment for the electronic storage and archiving of court reporter transcripts, notes, dictionaries, and related files. The solution shall not require the Court to purchase or install additional hardware or software; Contractor shall provide 24x7 access to the server for authorized Court reporters and Court Information Technology (IT) staff; Contractor shall store all files uploaded by authorized Court personnel on the server. Uploaded files may include raw note files, dictionaries, final transcripts, and audio files.
