Replacement of the Roof Carbon County Courthouse

The scope of work includes remove existing shingles and associated sheet metal flashing down to the wood substrate, remove existing heat cable, set aside, and reinstall at the end of the job, haul debris to the landfill, inspect substrate for structural integrity, install d-style edge metal around the perimeter of the building, install ice and water shield around the perimeter according to building code, install synthetic underlayment on the remaining substrate, install metal in valleys, install new sheet metal jacks and pipe boots, install starter shingles around the perimeter, install 30 year owens corning shingles, install owens corning hip and ridge shingles, replace front wood facia and paint to match, secure building permits and a temporary toilet.
