PURPOSE The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of plant material for Riverview Park in Sebastian, Florida. PRE-BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The bidder shall be responsible for visiting and inspecting the site before submitting a bid. No variation in price or condition shall be permitted based on a claim of ignorance. Submission of a bid is evidence that the bidder has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the work and any conditions that may, in any manner, affect the work to be done and the labor, materials, and equipment required.
