Replace Plumbing, Piping, & Fixtures, Bldg. 2 Restrooms (Request for Qualifications)
Work includes renovation and upgrade of plumbing systems within the building 2 restrooms by replacing aging and deteriorated plumbing piping, fixtures, valves, and associated components. The existing systems have reached the end of their useful service life and require modernization to improve reliability, water efficiency, functionality, and user experience. Work will include evaluation of existing plumbing conditions, demolition and removal of outdated fixtures and piping, installation of new domestic water and sanitary piping as required, replacement of plumbing fixtures and accessories, and associated improvements necessary to provide a complete and operational restroom renovation.
