Replace & Maintain HVAC Systems RFP

Description: Replace HVAC system - Parade Ground Housing 1718 (6-Pack). Price includes equipment, removal, disposal, installation, logistics, start-up, testing, and warranty. The contractor and all sub-contractors shall: Have an on-site superintendent/foreman present at all times while work is being performed; there will always be an English-speaking person in a position of authority at the job site. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and transportation needed to replace all identified HVAC systems and perform associated maintenance and repair services as described herein. Provide cost estimating in conformity with the requirements herein. See attached file.

REPLACE & MAINTAIN HVAC SYSTEMS
