Replace HVAC System At Dewa Locations RFP

Description: Provide labor, oversight, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the existing steam boiler systems and associated heating infrastructure at the dingmans school and virginia kidd house facilities. Replace existing steam boiler systems with new steam boiler systems to include all boiler controls such as water make up valves, boiler safety controls, thermostats and zone controls, oil fired burner units, and electrical, steam, and condensate connections in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes. Replace all existing heating oil storage tanks with new heating oil tanks to include secondary containment, fill and vent lines, overflow safeties (whistles), level indicators, inline fuel filters, and safety valves (fireomatic) in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes. Replace existing steam distribution systems with new in-kind distribution systems to include all steam headers, distribution piping, condensate piping, radiators, air vents, unit heaters, and required insulation in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
