The National Park Service, under the Department of the Interior, is soliciting a small-business contractor to replace and maintain HVAC systems at Dry Tortugas National Park on Garden Key. The work includes replacing 16 ductless mini-split units—eight in the base year and eight in option year one—and providing preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, cleaning, repairs, emergency service, and warranty coordination for approximately 23–24 systems over up to five years. Because the site is a remote island, the requirement includes coastal-corrosion protection, applicable Buy American and efficiency requirements, qualified labor and materials, and logistics subject to seasonal transportation constraints.
