Description: Replace grease traps. Contractor to provide grease traps replacement. The Contractor will remove and replace five (5) kitchen grease traps in accordance with the provided project specifications. Existing grease traps vary in size, but replacements shall be Zurn Z1170-400-ZS (stainless steel) or equal with mounting options required for the existing floors. See attached file.
