Replace Exterior Door and Door Frame - (Request for Quotation)

Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing exterior door, door frame, hardware, and associated structural supports. The Contractor shall: Remove and dispose of the existing exterior door. Remove and dispose of the existing hollow metal door frame. Remove and dispose of all existing door hardware including hinges, closer, locksets, panic hardware, weather stripping, thresholds, electronic access control mounting components, and associated accessories. Remove any deteriorated or damaged anchoring materials, blocking, weldments, and fasteners associated with the existing frame. See attached file.
