Repair HVAC for DEOMI, B352; Patrick Space Force Base, FL RFP

Description: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport needed in performing all work required under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to replace (2) chillers, (1) dual cell cooling tower, associated (7) pumps and appurtenances for the chillers and cooling tower, and all outside air duct work. New duct work will be stainless steel. Reconfigure piping to chillers. Seal all ducts at end of construction prior to operation of HVAC system. Demo 6 pillars to the cooling tower and match pad according to cooling tower specs. Upgrade building HVAC controls. Provide temporary cooling and project phasing in coordination with building user and activities.
