Interior repairs/upgrades will include: patch and paint surfaces, replace ceiling tiles, replace floor finishes, alter selective areas to improve mission function, upgrade HVAC to meet new function and new code requirements, replace existing lighting with energy efficient controls and lighting, revise restroom layout to meet ADA/ABA guidelines, water efficient fixtures and repair of fire suppression system to meet new mission function. Exterior repairs/upgrades will include: reconstructed site pavements, site circulation improvements, xeriscape landscaping, new 30-year PVC roof system, repair of all doors and door seals, and replacement of overhead doors with insulated sectional and roll-up doors.
