Repair and Maintain Water Towers at FCI Terre Haute RFP

Description: Specific required tasks: 1. Exterior preparation: perform high-pressure water washing to clear surface contamination. 2. Exterior coating: apply a multi-coat commercial-grade exterior urethane system. 3. Dry interior remediation: spot power-tool clean failed coating zones. 4. Dry interior coating: spot-prime and repaint all prepared areas with a specialized epoxy system. 5. Foundation maintenance: clean and apply high-durability protection sealant to concrete foundations. Remediate structural voids or failing grout lines beneath the steel baseplate. 6. Overflow modifications: furnish and fit an approved, insect/debris-screened flap gate over the overflow outfall.
