Repair Academy Fences RFP

Description: Work includes replacing only fence posts that are loose, damaged, rotted, bent, broken, or otherwise unable to support the fence; resetting designated posts; replacing damaged chain link, top rail, bottom rail, bracing, tension wire, barbed wire, hardware, caps, bands, ties, clamps, and related components; excavating failed concrete footings; installing new galvanized posts set in concrete; restoring disturbed areas; and ensuring all repaired fence sections are plumb, aligned, stable, properly tensioned, and fully functional. Work areas include the tennis courts, perimeter fence, U-Lot, and track fence, with all work to be coordinated with the Technical Advisor and performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to Coast Guard Academy operations.
