Description: Reconstruction and realignment of a avenue, from golf clubhouse parking area to golf clubhouse rear access lane, introducing a wider roadway radius and more shoulder area, to facilitate the relocation of the existing guiderail system and perimeter fence and eliminate further erosion of the hillside, re-striping the roadway, roadway shall consist of 11 wide lanes and a shoulder with curbing to prevent stormwater from eroding the adjacent hillside.
