Provide hvac multi-campus renovations.

Community College Of Rhode Island

Addition of a sim lab, renovations to existing classrooms and rewiring the existing space. Work is included but not limited to selective demolition, removal of equipment and utility modifications to accommodate new work, new finishes and rewiring the existing data in the sim space.

Thomas County School District

Interior renovations for Central High School. Project consists of architectural, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and mechanical work associated with an interior renovation of a portion of the campus.

Bishop State Community College

The project includes, but is not limited to: all associated demolition, interior build-out, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
