Renovations + Reconstruction - 115 Bigelow Street, Binghamton RFP

Description: Includes renovations to an existing two-story residence, including, but not limited to, the following: exterior improvements will include replacement and upgrades to the roofing system, gutters, and downspouts; replacement of exterior doors and vinyl windows; installation of exterior vinyl siding with rigid insulation and associated accessories; reconstruction of the front porch; construction of a new rear deck; reconstruction of the garage roof; installation of a new driveway; and general landscaping improvements. Interior improvements include: Interior finish work will include new cabinetry, countertops, and casework; installation of LVT flooring, subway wall tile and porcelain floor tile; refinishing of existing hardwood flooring (first and second floor); refinishing of stairs and railings; restoration and painting of existing interior trim; patch and repair all wall surfaces; installation of new ceiling substrates in the kitchen and bathroom; and complete interior painting throughout. All HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will be upgraded and modernized throughout the property.
