Phase 15A Street Reconstruction RFP

Description: Work consists of the reconstruction of Chapman Street from Augusta Street to Curry Drive, the entire length of Independence Drive, and Bartlett Place from cul-de-sac to Clover Valley Dr. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approximately 16,200 SY of 6-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, and approximately 40,000 SF of 4-inch thick reinforced concrete sidewalks, approx. 2,300 LF of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, 1,100 LF of 18-inch diameter sanitary sewer, 4,400 LF of 8-inch water line, and any other work deemed necessary by the City.
