Renovations and Additions at the Fire Station RFP

Description: Old Lycoming Township Volunteer Fire Company is soliciting sealed bids for multiple prime construction contracts covering general construction and sitework, food service equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and fire alarm work at its station at 1600 Dewey Avenue. The project renovates the existing station and adds two areas, with completion required within 12 months after notice to proceed; a nonmandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids are due December 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and bidding documents are available from the architect beginning October 22, 2026.
