Renovate Building 736. is a 40,640 Square Foot (SF), three story, permanent construction barrack facility was built in the 1960s and currently houses basic training/one station unit training (BT/OSUT) trainees. This requirement will consist of selective demolition and renovation and modernization of one barracks building and associated sitework. This project includes renovation of a 40,640 SF Barracks Building and construction of an addition of approx. 3,000 SF addition to the building, and associate fine grading, landscaping, and other site work per the plans and specifications provided.
