Prequalification for the Renovate Norfolk Owner Occupied Single Family, Multi Family Homes Rehabilitation and Rental Rehab Program

Description: The City of Norfolk is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors for interior and exterior rehabilitation services at single-family and multi-family residential properties through the Renovate Norfolk program. The work may include foundation leveling, structural repairs, lead-based paint mitigation, permitting, documentation, and coordination with property owners and the City. This is an open Request for Qualification for a contractor pool, not a grant program, with applications accepted through August 1, 2027 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
