Renovate Building 6403 Containment Lab RFP

Description: Renovation of building 6403. Completely replace the chilled water system with all new air-cooled chillers, pumps, controls, piping, and accessories. New piping will be routed on top of the building roof instead of exposed in the occupied spaces. Remove and replace all of the existing air handling units and exhaust fans throughout the facility. Replace all ductwork and grilles, registers, and diffusers throughout the building. Replace the entire building DDC controls system. Completely replace the steam boiler system including the associated feedwater treatment system, appurtenances, piping, etc. Remove abandoned mechanical piping throughout the facility. Install new air curtains at laboratory access points.
