Renovate Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions

Description: Work includes renovation of a vacant dining hall with a commercial kitchen into an admissions center for the college, conversion includes extensive removals and hazardous materials abatement throughout the building. The interior spaces will be extensively reconfigured with new partitions, doors, and windows. Site work includes a new plaza on the northeast side of the building, sidewalks, and a full depth parking lot replacement.
