The work to be performed includes research of documents, site reconnaissance, identification of contamination, risk evaluation, field work, sampling, analysis, data evaluation and additional activities to determine the scope of tank farm infrastructure present at the site and a detailed, itemized cost analysis for removal and disposal. The scope of the investigation shall provide information sufficient to identify potential liability and risk associated with environmental and public health considerations concerning the tank farm.
