Rehabilitation, Preservation, and Operation of Schoellkopf Hall at DeVeaux Woods State Park RFP

Description: The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is soliciting proposals for the rehabilitation, preservation, and operation of Schoellkopf Hall at DeVeaux Woods State Park in Niagara Falls, NY. The historic former dormitory building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is being offered for adaptive reuse under a long-term license/lease arrangement. The selected proposer will be responsible for undertaking rehabilitation work and operating the facility consistent with historic preservation requirements governing the property.
