Description: The Municipalité Sainte-Hélène de Bagot is soliciting construction bids to reconstruct two cast-in-place reinforced-concrete manholes and locally repair degraded concrete in part of the existing culvert. The work includes demolition, excavation and shoring, water control, connections to existing pipes, restoration, and coordination and protection for a pressurized gas line; the planned maximum duration is four consecutive weeks after authorization to start. The SEAO notice is a published construction tender, not a grant, and bids are due before September 15, 2026 at 10:00 Quebec legal time.
