Rec and Parks Custodial Services

Description: The City of Roswell is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for three facilities operated by the Recreation and Parks Department. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, cleaning products, transportation, and miscellaneous materials necessary to perform the services described in this Scope of Work. The intent of this Scope of Work is to establish the minimum service requirements necessary to maintain each facility in a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional condition. This contract is intended to provide a complete, turnkey janitorial service for each facility. The tasks and service frequencies identified throughout this Scope of Work and the associated appendices establish the minimum required services. The Contractor shall perform any additional routine cleaning necessary to maintain the required level of cleanliness and sanitation at no additional cost to the City. Janitorial services shall be provided overnight at the following locations: • Adult Recreation Center (ARC) 830 Grimes Bridge Road Roswell, Georgia 30075 After 9 PM and completed prior to 6 AM • Roswell Adult Aquatic Center (RAAC) 200 Frank Lewis Drive Roswell, Georgia 30075 After 9 PM and completed prior to 5 AM • Physical Activities Center (PAC) 10495 Woodstock Road Roswell, Georgia 30075 After 11 PM and completed prior to 6 AM
