Rear Entryway Concrete Steps and Handrail Replacement (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work include complete removal and legal disposal of existing rear steps, platform, and railings; excavation and sub-base compaction with crushed stone. Concrete construction: form & pour air-entrained concrete (min. 4,000 psi) with broom finish for slip resistance and embedded steel rebar reinforcement mesh. Railing installation: design, supply, and secure anchoring of commercial-grade metal handrails (powder-coated wrought iron, steel, or aluminum) conforming to ibc and ada standards. Site restoration: daily cleanup and full restoration of adjacent lawn/pavement.
