Real-time Transfer Service (RTS) Additional Node

Description: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency seeks capability statements, proposals, or quotations for adding an additional node to the Real-Time Transfer Service (RTS) system supporting the Overhead Persistent Ground Architecture. The requirement includes designing, developing, deploying, integrating, and testing the node, along with continued RTS development, operations and sustainment support, and studies, for a proposed two-year base period with up to two option years. NGA expects a sole-source follow-on contract modification to the incumbent, and this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
