RCSD Sewer Condition Assessment (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide condition assessment, capital planning, and maintenance optimization for the district s sewer collection system. The consultant shall develop a collection system enhanced management program that includes the sewer system condition assessment, a sewer system maintenance optimization plan, the application of best management practices (bmps) for sewer system cleaning and inspection, a quality assurance and quality control (qa/qc) program, and a tactical asset management plan (tamp) with identification of risk based prioritization of capital improvement projects over a ten (10) year period.
