Provide asphalt installation repaving, and restriping repair services at their fc administrative building site. Furnish all asphalt pavement materials, equipment, labor, and tools necessary for the installation of a new parking lot and the repaving of existing. The contractor shall repave the existing parking areas located at the front and rear of the administrative and maintenance buildings with new asphalt pavement and restripe all parking areas in accordance with the current layout, including all entrance and exit lanes.

The County of Santa Clara Procurement Department is soliciting bids for the Calero Reservoir Parking Lot Asphalt Concrete Overlay at Calero Reservoir County Park in San Jose, CA; the work consists of cleaning, crack sealing, restriping and applying an asphalt concrete overlay (base 1-inch with an optional 2-inch additive). Bids are due February 17, 2026 prior to 3:00 PM PT, submission is electronic via the County’s Biddingo portal, and bidders must provide a bid security equal to 10% of the total bid price. This is a public works construction ITB that requires California prevailing wages, DIR registration, and either an A-General Engineering or C-12 Earthwork and Paving contractor license; a mandatory/recommended site meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2026 at the Calero County Park boat launch.
