Construct approx. 1,020 LF of 12" ductile iron watermain and appurtenances, including relocation of an existing PRV station, site restoration, installation of water main in 18" casing on the existing I-5 bridge structure over the Snohomish River and BNSF Railroad, and removal and disposal of the existing 8" waterline on the I-5 bridge, and performing all other work as required by the contract.

Base bid consists of re-roofing all existing and fully adhered and ballasted EPDM roofs to remove existing 2" thick river rock ballast and loose-laid EPDM roof membrane, any wet insulation and all perimeter membrane flashing, metal roof edge and counter flashings and install 2" thick rigid polyisocryanurate roof insulation screw fastened.
