Raw Water System Expansion – Contract 19.3 Raw Water Lines Phase 2

The City of Laurinburg is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Raw Water System Expansion, Contract 19.3 – Raw Water Lines Phase 2, which includes approximately 5,050 feet of 20-inch raw water line and 80 feet of 12-inch raw water line plus appurtenances. Bids are to be submitted as a single prime contract (lump sum or unit price) and bidding documents are available for purchase from the Issuing Office (Duncan Parnell). Sealed bids are due at City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, NC by 2:00 PM local time on February 19, 2026.
