Rathaus Hall 2nd Floor Renovation and Associated Asbestos Abatement (PLA/Union) RFP

Description: Work includes asbestos abatement and removal of regulated building materials; removal and replacement of all existing windows; concrete eave patching and repair; replacement of deteriorated brick veneer; new rooftop HVAC equipment on new structural steel dunnage; and full interior fit-out of three studio classrooms with sprung dance flooring, two lab-style classrooms (design lab and costume shop), a classroom, a seminar/conference room, a student lounge, offices and corridors. Interior work includes VRF heat-pump HVAC, new controls to the existing perimeter steam heating, lighting and electrical upgrades, telecommunications, audiovisual and security systems, minor plumbing, and new architectural finishes, millwork and signage.
