Rail Property Management, Leasing, And Asset Development RFP

Description: CTDOT seeks proposals from a qualified contractor to manage rail property along state-owned passenger lines, including the New Haven, Danbury, Waterbury, and New Canaan branches, state-owned freight lines, and other state-owned railroad rights of way. The work covers administration, management, record-keeping, and accounting for the Office of Rail’s real-estate interests, along with strategies to generate recurring and non-recurring non-fare revenue through disposition of real-estate rights.
