Description: Western Carolina University Police Department is seeking a comprehensive service and maintenance agreement with an authorized Motorola Service Provider/Center located within 100 miles of the university and able to respond within two hours. The agreement covers programming, configuration, routine maintenance and repair, 24/7/365 emergency support, bi-weekly site visits, and radio pickup for repairs, while non-warranty hardware, cabling, and replacement parts are the university's responsibility.
