R26-291 - Chatham-Kent Strategic Plan Consulting Services

Description: The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking proposals to facilitate, develop, and deliver a new multi-year Corporate Strategic Plan. The work includes analyzing existing strategies, local economic conditions, provincial funding advocacy strategies, community needs, and infrastructure pressures, as well as facilitating visioning sessions with the Mayor and Council to create an actionable roadmap with updated vision, mission, values, and priorities. The plan is intended to help Council and Administration align decision-making, growth-management horizons, and budgeting processes, with Council adoption targeted by May 31, 2027.
