Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to obtain non-personal Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) services for its Martinsburg, West Virginia Warehouse. The project supports approximately 187,000 net usable square feet of temperature-controlled warehouse, office, and training space intended to house more than $51 million in emergency management equipment and supplies, with an expected occupancy date of May 2029. The work includes project management, interior design and space planning, transition planning, acquisition support, relocation, activation, and post-occupancy support under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.
