Requires the procurement of instructor-based training services to develop and teach the advanced management program. Course Development. The Contractor shall develop a comprehensive, up-to-date, and relevant AMP curriculum that addresses the key topics and skills outlined in Section 6.8. The curriculum shall be aligned with the DoW Civilian Leader Development Continuum and incorporate best practices from leading executive education programs (e.g., Harvard Business School, Wharton, Darden School of Business). The Contractor shall develop a flexible curriculum framework that allows for the addition, modification, or deletion of modules and topics as needed to ensure AMP remains relevant and effective in a rapidly evolving environment. Initial Draft. The Contractor shall deliver an initial draft of the course syllabus and course materials to the COR for review and approval no later than 60 days after contract award.
