Description: Provide PureStorage Support. The contractor shall provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance services for the government's Pure Storage infrastructure. This support is required to ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) mandates. Services shall include, but are not limited to, 24/7/365 technical support, proactive system monitoring, all software/firmware updates and upgrades, and on-site hardware replacement. This agreement must also include participation in Pure Storage's hardware refresh program, ensuring the replacement of covered hardware after 5 years of continuous, active support. See attached file.
