RFP Library 5-year Strategic Plan
Planning process Early 2027- help with the development process of a new strategic plan including the following: 1. Internal and External Stakeholder- small group interviews 2. Community survey- digital and paper. Use of the 2022 Survey as a "Base Comparison" with new questions as needed. Data input of surveys and summary analysis of the information. 3. Collection and analysis of various socio-demographic, economic, and housing characteristics 4. Up to three strategic planning workshops (if needed) conduction of workshops with summary and analysis a. Workshop 1- community and organizational assessment with the development of draft key elements (core values, mission/vision, goals, etc.) b. Workshop 2 & Workshop 3 (if needed) Refinement and development of the final key elements 5. Development/Completion of a technical report 6. Create a 2028 plan for implementation Four separate annual evaluations and updates: 2029,2030,2031,2032 Development/completion of four technical reports (summaries) Proposal based on services provided Contact information- Timothy DeGhelder- Library Director
