NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Buffalo, West Virginia Sanitary Board is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional engineering services for a planned project to extend sanitary sewer service and improve existing system capacity in support of planned developments in the area. The selected consultant will be required to design and prepare construction drawings, bid specifications and bid documents; assist in acquisition of permits and clearances; assist in procurement of construction contracts; monitor and inspect construction activities; review and approve contractor pay estimates; and any other services needed for the project. This competitive selection process is compliant with West Virginia Code chapter 5G and is open to all qualified respondents, with full opportunity afforded to women-owned and minority business enterprises.

Pre-Notice: Upcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Integrated Employment Services (IES)
Ontario Shared Services, on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD), has issued a pre-notice advising of an upcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify organizations interested in serving as Service System Managers (SSMs) for Integrated Employment Services (IES) across Ontario. The upcoming RFQ is a pre-qualification step only and will not result in contract awards; organizations that are successfully pre-qualified will be eligible for direct invitations to future Calls for Proposals (CFPs), with CFPs anticipated in 2027 (for 12 catchment areas) and 2028 (for 3 catchment areas). The RFQ is anticipated to be released in July/August of 2026 on the Ontario Tenders Portal (OTP).
