Notice of Sale of Property and Request for Sealed Bids - 418 Graham Street
The City of Tuscola, Texas (Taylor County) is soliciting sealed bids for the sale of city-owned real property located at Lots 10-11, Block 16, Original Town of Tuscola, commonly known as 418 Graham Street. The property will be sold "AS IS" by Deed without Warranty with a minimum bid of $85,000, and bidders are encouraged to inspect the property before submitting bids and provide their planned use of the property. Sealed bids labeled "Sealed Bid for City Property" must be delivered or mailed to City Hall (742 Buffalo Gap Road / P.O. Box 34, Tuscola, TX 79562) and must be received by 1:00 p.m. on July 29, 2026; bids will be publicly opened by the City Council on August 3, 2026, which reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
