Public Art Sculpture at Norwalk Cultural Arts Center

Description: The City of Norwalk is seeking an artist or artist team to design, fabricate, and install a permanent exterior public-art sculpture and signage at the Norwalk Cultural Arts Center. The awarded contractor will provide design renderings, off-site fabrication, on-site installation on a city-provided concrete pad, and related documentation, with optional utility integration and maintenance requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT for this lump-sum RFP.
