Provide the removal and replacement of hydronic piping serving one floor. Work includes but are not limited to - deliver all required contractor-provided tools and equipment to the jobsite. Perform lockout/tagout (loto) procedures for applicable electrical services. Remove all existing hydronic piping. Properly remove and dispose of existing piping and associated materials generated by the contractor's work. Install facility-provided type A PEX piping, fittings, specialties, and associated components. Provide and install additional pipe hangers and supports as necessary to meet applicable minimum requirements. Coordinate with wcf facility staff and designated vendors regarding the sealing and insulation of all new piping. See attached file.
