Replacement of the Lowe Road Bridge over West Creek
Replacement with a new truss superstructure supported on concrete abutments. Heavy stone fill will be placed in the vicinity of the wing walls and along West Creek. Steel four-rail bridge rail shall be installed. This project will incorporate full-depth pavement reconstruction.
